From the start of your contract consultation, to last call, we allow our clients to enjoy their special day with zero setbacks. By purchasing your own alcohol, with the hands on help of our Experienced Staff & Estimators, you are able to "Cut out the Middle Man" mark ups! Booking with HIGHBAR takes the stress out of planning a Dry Hire Event- Prearranged Relationships with Liquor Retailers, Portable Bars, alcohol estimators, drinkware, professional bar equipment, garnishes, mixers, ice, and much more! HIGHBAR handles everything on the backend so all you have to do is book with us, purchase the alcohol, and CHEERS!

Exceptional Service
- Our Bartenders are Trained to Entertain. We are one of the few "day-of" contracts that will be face to face with each of your guest. We guarantee professionalism.
Dress Code Policy
- Our Bartenders are required to blend in. Attire is strictly All Black unless deviated, per request, in contract.
Transparency
- There is nothing we hate more than hidden fees or contractual surprises. Not to mention Nickel & Diming. (Insert Huge Annoyed Sigh) That is why HIGHBAR offers Black & White fees associated with our services. You will get an Actual Cost Upfront. Add a Service---->Add the Fee. It is as simple as that.
Event Extras and Add-ons
Here at HIGHBAR we have customizable portable bars, versatile decor & designs, indoor/outdoor options, signature drinks, & signage to ensure your event vibe is met.
- Not a drinker? No Problem! We offer Mocktails for all ages!
- Our Standard contracts include 4 hours of Bartending Services with 1 Mixologist. Need More Time? No Problem!
- Additional Hour $75
- Additional Bartender or Cocktail per Hour $75
- 4 Hour Minimum on all packages
- We highly suggest 1 Bartender per 50-75 Drinking Guest
- Fully Stocked Event and just need a Certified & Insured Bartender(s)? No Problem!
- Hourly Rate $75 (no min.)
- Ideas outside the box? No Problem! Lets customize a quote for your vision!
- Event Location outside our service areas? No Problem!

- 20-40 miles: $50.00
- 41-60 miles: $75.00
- 61-80 miles: $100.00
- 81-100 miles: $150.00
- 101-+ miles: $175.00+

- 0-20miles: Included
- 21+ miles: $50.00+
- Any venue or event space that is not handicap accessible will have a $200.00 up charge & requires a second bartender for the set up/tear down of our mobile bar equipment and supplies- We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
